==Background==
Vozoya is a notorious criminal infamous across the entirety of the North American continent, although most of her rap sheet is in UCAS borders. The CAS government in particular has a brutal bounty on her head for causing severe infrastructure damage alongside local gangs. She's run with many organizations: biker gangs, thrill cults, even a few ecoterrorists. Most of these memberships only last so long since she has a tendency to attract a lot of attention with her violent and forceful streak. The times between loyalties, she's often done minor shadowruns to keep herself fed.
 
The streak ended when Knight-Errant finally caught her with a High-Threat Response team and sentenced her to a maximum security prison for 40 years. She spent most of that time in solitary confinement, since often she was in the middle of prison brawls and casualties weren't uncommon. Attempts to get her released early were made several times, often from agents of dragons looking for a thrall. She evaded most of these attempts by committing even more heinous prison break attempts and invalidating the claims of 'good behavior' right then and there. After forty years of being in the slammer, the notorious 'gang maniac' breathed fresh air again, but not freedom. She packed up her things and moved to Seattle in hopes of at least getting a breather from any poaching attempts, but even here her parole officer breathes down her neck constantly.
 
Vozoya's plans are limited. She has to work carefully and foster connections in shadow communities until she can find someone capable of sponsoring a SIN erasure gig. If successful, she'll be able to live partly off the grid and evade those trying to get their hands on her. Who, exactly? She never found out, but she knows there are several factions. Either way, whether it's safety in numbers as a gang member or laying low in the barrens of a city sprawl, Vortigern continues to grow her power and nurture her violent impulses. Someone always needs a person like her for a job. Who knows, maybe the Draco Foundation one day offers her a place, but then she'd have to give up shadowrunning.

==Appearance==
White hair, authoritative clothing style and a burning, merciless gaze. Vozoya has various tattoos all over her shoulders, arms and torso. Her drake form is that of a black, thick-scaled dragon with horns that start from her temples and lean far back, colored the same as her scales.
 
==Personality==
Vozoya has a temper. She's quick to enrage and enjoys physical violence towards anything she doesn't like. She values freedom and more importantly '''vengeance''' for wrongs that have yet to be righted. Not simple things like shoplifting or peddling drugs, but crimes against humanity. Human trafficking, bunraku parlors, the works. The severity of the atrocity correlates with her own wrath towards those perpetrating it. She's not a hooder; she doesn't care about the victims or collateral damage. The point is to kill those responsible, not to save their targets. There is an undeniable faith in karmic justice within Vozoya's mind and she believes it affects everyone, including herself, since for each horrible acts she commits, she expects it to come and bite her in the ass eventually. This self-contradictory of believing in justice while knowingly breaking it herself is what many find infuriating about Vozoya. That being said, just because she believes her violence will one day come back to her doesn't mean she'll just lay down and accept it.
