Overview

Warden is a believer in free information—unless that information pertains to his private life, meaning little is known about his past except that he used to be a Matrix operator for Knight Errant. Now, however, he is retired and works as a forum moderator for Watchtower, an obscure but mildly popular host for hackers and Matrix investigators to release information for free to the public. He's always a little irritated (or at least acting like it) due to his full workload, but still makes time to fix for runners that can offer information for his forum in return.

Warden never meets in person if he can help it, preferring to meet in secluded areas of the Watchtower host over the Matrix.

Aspects Description

Aspect Description
Just Business Warden has a lot on his hands between moderation and vetting the information that comes through Watchtower—you just aren't that important to him yet. Sorry. Warden doesn't add Loyalty to Knowledge, Active, Gear, or Networking tests if his Loyalty is 3 or less.
At Arm's Length You are not a friend. Warden doesn't make "friends" with the people working for him. You are an asset, and it's best you remember that. Warden's Loyalty cannot be raised above 3 outside of a private run finding him an extremely valuable piece of information.
Armory The deckers that bring Warden info are like his soldiers, and he needs to keep them well-equipped. +2 to tests involving cyberdecks and electronics.
Bounty Hunting The purpose of Watchtower is to find and free information to the public, which means that's Warden's purpose, too. It is twice as easy to earn chips with Warden when doing a favour that results in delivering paydata to him.
Jailbreak Warden is a former Matrix operator for KE, and still has some sway with them. +2 to tests involving Knight Errant.
Solitary Confinement The more obscure the information, the more interesting—and the more valuable. +2 to tests involving secret or hidden information.
Visitor Centre Watchtower is popular with those who are seeking information that they can't find elsewhere. While most don't stick around long, Warden still keeps tab on them. +2 to network with investigators, journalists, conspiracy theorists, and other truth-seekers.
