Summary

Jane Dior is trying to evict some ganger squatters from a building on the edge of tourist ville before he coworkers get the job done a lot more brutally.

Background

Now that the orc underground is gaining prominence the local population is getting bolder. A group of skratcha have taken up residence squatting in a tenement building in the middle of a redmond revitalization zone. The local pawns have a score to settle and some aggression to let out. Jane Dior wants the situation handled a little less brutally.

The Meet

The team met Jane at the daze in a virtual meet. She explained the situation. In a couple of days Knight Errant is going to raid the building and likely kill everyone in it. She wants to clear the building in a more life friendly manner. The pay for this is only 2000Y each, citing it as a humanitarian opportunity. But mentioned most of the gangers have a price on their head. The more they bring in alive the more cash she will be able to raise for them. The team agreed and Jane sent over a batch of fake sins identifying them as police associates and provides a couple of gas grenades and less lethal flechettes at the runners request.

The Plan

The team decided to scope out the building a bit first before settling on a raid strategy. Pete strolled around to some burning barrels, looking in windows along the way while newt used clairvoyance to roam around the building a bit and Kong climbed up adjacent buildings to scope out the second floor. With the recon done the team decided a stealth approach until things got loud.

The Run

The team did some drugs and activated some preps. During his recon pete spotted a decker, his plan was to dump shock the decker and take them out as Kong infiltrated. Kong got the drop on his first target and quietly chipped him in two. Deciding his blades would be too dangerous he decided to swap to shotguns which did away with the quiet approach. Using magic fingers Pete pulled the deckers cord and forcibly dumped her. He then leaped through the window and covers it up with a physical wall just before the local guards saw him. They were suspicious to see a new wall and began to approach from the inside. The next 12 seconds or so was a bural display of stuffing effect as Kong blasted all targets in his path including one of the two local finger wigglers. Mean while newt and pepe summoned spirits to do their dirty work, trying as hard as possible to not kill targets.
