Conspiracy theorist. He's searching for Saeletra, and regularly hires runners to look into rumours. He's well-known in data havens, and carries a decent amount of influence: he's known for being thorough in his investigations.
A Wiccan Talismonger, Juniper works out of a small shop called Juniper's Junction in an out-of-the-way corner of Bellevue, mostly legal stuff. She runs a strict no-magic policy in her shop, for fear of setting off some of the more delicate preparations and works she's got going on. [[Firebug]] is one of her regulars, despite having to return to metahuman form when she wants to buy reagents. She has a soft spot for [[Witchblade]], who sometimes stops by to rest in the comfortable Aspect of her home.
