Summary

After high-school, Gulliver Swift snuck into college to see how it was. By chance, he ended up in a lecture about hostage negociations. It was intriguing!
After two and a half years, he'd visited enough classes to graduate, if it wasn't for the fact that he'd never registered. A college education is expensive. He didn't have the money. He found a way to learn. Just not a way to get an official diploma.
As a fresh graduate without official graduation and accreditation, gulliver waits tables in Touristville, as he figures out how to become a professional (hostage-) negotiator for a security companies.
Little does he know that he's bound for The Shadows. Reality is brutal for those without proper papers.
