Overview

With most sane cabbies refusing to provide services in Redmond and Puyallup on account of the danger and terrible roads, D'Lirious has seen an opportunity to make some money on the side and has started the unlicensed Battle Cab company to do just that.

Barrens Dweller	D'Lirious has a wrap sheet a mile long from a life of questionable decisions and as such tends to get hassled in areas that the cops care about. As such, he refuses to provide services outside of Redmond and Puyallup for anyone below loyalty 4. Even then, services from D'Lirious outside of those areas cost 4 times as much, for the increased risk and cost of having to pick up a fresh burner SIN.
