Summary
Red Ledger is a gang initially formed around the operations of a notable loan shark operating out of Redmond, Windfall, and this business is still a major source of their income. They have a reputation for brutal retaliation and enforcement against those who don't pay their debts, and have the muscle to back it up. However, their main operations don't extend far past Redmond at this point.
They're made up of a diversity of metatypes. Skills-wise, members of Red Ledger values strength and firearms skills (the enforcement side of the gang), Matrix and investigative ability (to keep tabs on debtors), and smooth talking (to make deals and pick up customers). Prospective recruits are vetted by existing members before being accepted into the gang, which has kept their numbers rather smaller than they could be.
