Compound Interest
Gangs come and go rapidly in the Redmond Barrens, but every now and then, one sticks. Red Ledger has survived longer than average, and has even won some pretty big fights - big enough for them to have a name for themselves, and to consider expanding into larger pieces of territory. Maybe someday, they'll pick up connections in other cities. Maybe someday, they'll attract the attention of a larger syndicate. Whatever's necessary for business - to keep rolling in the interest payments. No methods are too brutal or too vile.
Factions
Red Ledger
Red Ledger is a gang started by loan shark Windfall with the hopes of expanding her business. Since the destruction of their most immediate and strongest rival, Chrome Crash, their power has been on the upswing. Having recovered from the wounds of that conflict, they now turn their eyes outward, to expand into new territory. Deniable assets like shadowrunners are very useful for this kind of pursuit, especially given Windfall's deep pockets.

Goals
- Eliminate anyone who threatens their territory.

- Eliminate any surviving members of Chrome Crash.

Streets of Redmond
Opposition to Red Ledger is varied, and mostly consists of people that have problems with how they run the streets, or other gangs that want to take territory away. Other gangs, if they become significant players in the conflict, will be linked into this page. Otherwise, involvement of miscellaneous contacts will be listed in the Important Members section.

Goals
Multifaceted. Some people just want to survive. Others want to rail against the takeover of their neighborhood by yet another sect of brutal, violent people. Say hello to the new boss, same as the old boss. Still others want to form their own street gang, take whatever fragmented territory they can before it's all swallowed up by this expanding organization. None of this is new, and none of it is significant in the grand scheme of Seattle - but for the people living in it, this might well be life or death come sooner than expected.
It's just another day on the streets of Redmond.
