Overview
Mother of Mayhem is a Rager, a Halloweeners lieutenant who's been running with the gang since the 2050s. Recruited by Slash-and-Burn shortly after Renraku's slaughter of the original gang and surviving the Ancients' massacre of the 'weeners in 2069, Mother's seen it all and just refuses to die, not even age seems to be able to slow her down. She's nostalgic for the old days before Nightmare took over, back when the gang was out to stick it to Renraku, but she's a diehard 'weener loyalist and has no plans to try to shake things up.
When not busy leading raids and handling gang business, Mother of Mayhem is catching up on the latest horror flicks or revisiting the classics. She's a particular fan of eldritch horror, and the unofficial dress code for her underlings incorporates Lovecraft-inspired face paint or masks. Treating them almost like a surrogate for the children she never got to have before the Ancients killed her partner in '69, Mother acts like a maternal figure to her subordinates, although that doesn't stop her from doling out "tough love" when someone acts against orders. This, combined with her soft spot for animals, lead to her adopting a fox pup a few years back, which ended up Awakening into the shifter Hotdog.
Ancients recently hit her underlings in retaliation for them stealing a shipment of drugs, weakening Mother's influence in the gang somewhat as she focuses on rebuilding. Still, the old slitch isn't giving up her position and has been working hard to rebuild.
