Character Information
Summary
Chance was born in North Redmond and think that Outremer is a long way from Seattle. He is a brilliant mind that has been largely filled with Barrens garbage and life on the streets. A fairly competent Decker, Chance barely pays attention to how much skill he actually brings to the table in the matrix skills, preferring to act like the street hooligan he is.
In recent months chance is only sporadically seen coming and going in Redmond and most of his work has gone digital.
Goals
Growing up in the Barrens you don't really set goals. You survive, day to day.
It would be nice if he could replace the cyberdeck that he recently lost when questioned by K.E. but otherwise he's just trying to get some jobs and possibly some ware.
It's a big world outside Redmond and the only way chance thinks he'll see it is from the Shadows.
Background

This guy grew up in a failing foster system after a sweep and clear of the bunraku parlor he grew up in. The SIN he was awarded fell through the cracks well before he finished school as a "head count" student from North Redmond High. He was smart enough to avoid joining a street gang as of yet, and has been plucked for some shadow work in the meantime. He was always talented in computer lab and has worked as an occasional hacker , barrens tour guide, or sword for hire since he was a teenager.

Appearance
Chance has two looks, even when wearing Synthskin his fake ID's and fake personas tend to follow this.
"Average barrens dude" with his head shaved or kept very short, clean shaven, relatively unassuming aside from some of his clothing choices and that depends on neighborhood, constantly moving and watching light blue eyes are rarely changed from his originals.
When traveling to/from Space, and sometimes for long stretches up there and just after he gets home, he has an 80 CM long pack of fiber optic hair and a fiber optic beard that he has regularly installed and taken out, it sits in a ruddy brown most of the time until he starts dialing it into neon as a laugh or mood device.
