Overview
Carlos Mercer is just a boy with big dreams of getting into Lone Star, just like his Daddy did.
Unfortunately, Carlos's father was implicated in an email dump of Lone Star's email system (which included releasing the fact Frederick Mercer was romantically inspecting half the office staff). Lone Star dumped him hard, his wife hit him in the face with a frying pan, and the name Mercer became persona non grata at Lone Star.
Carlos desperately wants to fulfill his dream of being in law enforcement and has tried to get in with KE instead (unsuccessfully so far). A chance encounter with the Haven runners and Carlos has become their mole in exchange for help in getting him into Lone Star!
