Overview
Zackary Silverscale has been fixture in Bargain Basement for the past several years, preaching the good word of the Children of the Dragon on street corners and running a soup kitchen to keep the neighborhood's destitute fed. He's a kind hearted, friendly fellow that doesn't withhold charity from those that don't share his faith.
Unfortunately, charity requires funding, so Silverscale has started getting himself tangled up in Seattle's criminal underbelly. It started with mediating a minor gang conflict, and has gradually escalated him acting as a street-tier fixer, passing along potential jobs in exchange for donations to his charitable works. He hates that he's had to get his hands dirty to do his work, but Zackary believes that his duty to the people relying on him outweighs the stains on his conscience.
