Background
Once a successful Seattle private investigator, Sarah successfully concealed her Resonance abilities for years. Until in a gang fight, she had to hack a ganger's rocket launcher to survive, and enough of the gangers - including their decker - survived that word got around. With her partner dumping her and leaving her with their kids once he learned she was a Technomancer, and unable to continue her former job, Sarah, now going by Eye of the Typhoon, turned to the shadows to survive and care for her children.
