Overview
The Ancients gang is far from dominant in Europe. Despite decades of work, their grip on the underworld is tenuous at best due to how entrenched the gangs and syndicates are. That doesn't mean the Ancients aren't still trying to change that, but it means that they aren't necessarily the best-equipped gang like they are in the Americas. When they're outgunned and out-chromed, explosives tend to be a good equalizer. Enter Picante. A Tir Tairngire bombmaker with Ancients ties, he offered his services in exchange for getting him far, far away from home after a job went wrong. He was relocated to the Iberian Peninsula, where his skill set was in high demand by local ancients chapters. This was decades ago, and he's gotten well-adjusted to his new life. He still keeps in touch with his New World contacts though, so he can supply runners and Ancients alike with bombs across two continents.
