Overview

Eithne Cyneras is an up and coming name in the Tir talismonger scene. Specializing in less than legal items, she has made a name for herself by finding the hidden, strange, and rare. While her shop is still relatively new, her dedication to procuring what her clients desire has slowly built a reliable buyer base. She's reliant on, and perhaps in debt, to the Ancients, who provided her the connections and aid she needed to get her shop off the ground. Members of the gang have helped to protect her wares, and at times, Eithne herself. She seems happy with it, but could she really say otherwise at this point?

Notes for GMs

• Eithne is treats her business in a very professional manner. She tries to treat all clients with respect, even those who aren't on her "high priority" list.

• She can quiet easily speak the classy and elegant language game, but if the other side is more casual, she's quite happy to drop the affect and respond in kind.

• Most of her business is in the Tir, but she delivers items to clients in a variety of places.

• Her favorite way to spend time is not working, sleeping, being high, and sometimes sleeping while high. Unfortunately, she doesn't get to do this often. The grind waits for no one.

• Prefers Sperethiel. Fluent in English though. Speaks a little bit of Salish. Also like 5 phrases in French.

Ancient Ties	While not a member, Eithne and her business has a steady and profitable relationship with the Tir chapter of the Ancients. She will not work with players with a known negative relationship with the Ancients. She also will not perform services that she thinks will harm this relationship, or that would cause undue attention from law enforcement around her.
My Assistant will Take Your Order	She is still light on staffing unfortunately. Eithne can only split her attention so many ways. If the Express Order aspect is not used, take a -2 penalty on all Gear Acquisition tests.
Magical Vendor	It is her profession after all. +2 to tests related to magical items or creatures.
Special Procurement	Eithne specializes in niche orders and hard to find merchandise. +2 to Gear Acquisition tests of availability 16 or greater.
Black Market	Who cares about little details like legality. Money unlocks everything. +2 to Gear Acquisition Tests for restricted or forbidden items.
Dark Ties	Eithne's business isn't advertised in respectable locations. +2 to tests involving criminal groups or illegal magical societies.
Tir Native	Eithne grew up in Cara'sir, and really has a love for her homeland. +2 to tests involving Tir Tairngire.
Express Order	While she maintains an inventory for general sale, she offers specialty acquisition services with a fast turnaround, for a price. You may pay 50% more on your item (Or 2500 Nuyen, if a greater cost) to gain a +2 on the gear acquisition test. (Minimum price increase of 2500 Nuyen, if 50% is smaller.).
Priority Order	Money makes life easier. If you spent money on Express Order, you can choose to pay even more! For an additional payment valued at 100% of the base item price (Or 5000 Nuyen, if a greater cost), you may gain an additional +2 on the Gear Acquisition test.
Elite Clientele	If the Express Order or Priority Order aspects are used, gain an additional +2 on Gear Acquisition tests.
