Overview

While the Rings need to operate lean and prefer to stick to matrix operations, sometimes modern problems call for the prehistoric solution of viciously murdering a specific individual. Similarly, ensuring a target feels that they're being hunted down by every two-bit razorboy in the sprawl places targets in a prime position for blackmail and explotiation. This goes double if they're really being hunted down. Since most bounty 'boards' are digitally operated, the Choson Ring takes a particular interest in them. Yoon handles this aspect of Choson operations within Seattle, and to that end often works with runners to get certain dirty jobs done.

GM notes

Yoon is all business. No matter your loyalty, no matter her respect for you, she will be blunt and to the point in conversation, teetering on rudeness. Metahuman lives are numbers on a spreadsheet to her, replaceable and easily transfered from one pair of hands to the next. Specific and effecient are the name of the game. No time for pleasantries or small talk. A greeting. An effecient explanation of specifically what is being dealt with, either a job offer or an intel dig. A price, if applicable. A terse goodbye. She does not negotiate, her first offer will be her final one. Anything else is a waste of time. Nevertheless, she is also fair. Her bluntness comes not from a place of cruelty or disrespect, the opposite, in fact. Time is valuable thing for both of you. Best not to waste it.
