Overview

Lil' Boomer is an aging Gnomish Ghoul who runs through Tamanous. He has lived through too many attempted exterminations to give most metahumans the benefit of the doubt, but will generally work with his ShadowHaven team to achieve their goal. At all times, the violent option is his preferred method, and he believes shying away from bloodshed is more often a sign of cowardice than character.

Aspect	Description
Tamanous Made Man	For each -5 rep your character accrues with Tamanous after taking LB, reduce LB's loyalty by 1. At 0 loyalty, you may choose to burn this contact. If your loyalty becomes negative, not only will LB not help you, but he will actively attack you on sight.
Goes Loud	LB is not known for his subtlety. When utilized, roll a 1d6. On a 1, the actions LB takes are obvious and are easily traceable back to you.
Mystic Adept	LB's a magic user and summoner. When necessary, treat his magic as equal to 4 + his connection rating, and his summoning and spellcasting skill as the same.
Lovable Outcast	LB puts the needs of non-feral Ghouls above the uninfected...especially when they play by the rules.
Explosive Personality	LB is well known for his grenade launcher, (affectionately known as Baby Boomer,) and is a fan of spells and explosives in general.
