Overview

Father Uriel is a loyal servant of the Order of the Temple, a militant sect of the Roman Catholic Church. He acts as the spymaster of the Order, which means he is the main point of contact for the shadows assets that the Order sometimes has to employ. While a devout Christian and ordained minister, he is also a soldier and spy, and knows that in order for the Lord's work to be done, sometimes there are those who must be sent to His arms earlier than they might expect.

Names do not matter to the Lord, for he knows your true self	Father Uriel can get you a fake SIN, or a burner SIN and get it relatively quickly. +2 Gear Acquisition checks for Fake SINs and Licenses, including burners.
The Lord's Tools	When legality is not enough, the Lord provides and Father Uriel acts as an intermediary +2 to Gear Acquisition checks of Forbidden Gear
The Christian Community	Father Uriel keeps track of all priests, nuns and practitioners of the Christian faith that he can. +2 to Networking checks to find a practicing Christian and +2 to knowledge checks about Christianity, the community and it's rituals.
Skilled in Spycraft, Skilled in the Blade	Father Uriel may be taken as a Sensei for the Blades skill, any skill in the Acting skill group, or the Acting skill group itself.
Tools of the Trade	Father Uriel can obtain many pieces of equipment for use in spycraft +2 to Gear Acquisition checks for B&E gear or Communications and Countermeasures gear, or other generally-spy related items
