Overview
The young western dragon Kur has been working for the David Cartel for quite some time and is responsible for the North America region. He has green-silver scales and is quite large for his age. His lair is believed to be somewhere in the Salish-Shidhe Council region. The dragon got his nickname Puff because he is supposedly addicted to Deep Weed. Kur is exceptionally gifted with magic for a young dragon and also uses his magic to appear in the metahuman guise of a Fomori. He does everything he can to increase his wealth and, in typical David Cartel fashion, is not very squeamish about his competition. Typical of a young dragon, he has quite a temper, which comes out especially when you contradict him. But if you are clever with words, you can sell your idea as if it was the worm's idea.
