Overview
The young western dragon Kur has been working for the David Cartel for quite some time and is responsible for the North America region. He has green-silver scales and is quite large for his age. He makes a secret of his origin, but his physique, scale color and appearance take the dragons Kaltenstein or Celedyr in the short list. His lair is believed to be somewhere in the Salish-Shidhe Council region. The dragon got his nickname Puff because he is supposedly addicted to Deep Weed. Kur is exceptionally gifted with magic for a young dragon and also uses his magic to appear in the metahuman guise of a Fomori. He does everything he can to increase his wealth and, in typical David Cartel fashion, is not very squeamish about his competition. Typical of a young dragon, he has quite a temper, which comes out especially when you contradict him. But if you are clever with words, you can sell your idea as if it was the worm's idea. There are rumors that Puff is acting as a fixer for some very qualified runners and is giving them outstanding work.

Deep Weed Addiction | When a Runner makes contact with Puff, determine if he is drugged. Roll 1d6 on a 5 or 6 the Dragon is going through one of his withdrawal phases and is extremely edgy. Add +1 for a 5 or +2 for a 6 to the result of the Temper test. |
Dragon connection | Puff wants to rise in the web of dragons and is well networked with the dragons of Aztlan. If a runner has a bounty from Aztlan or Aztechnology and Puff finds out, he will do everything he can to trap the runner and exchange him for a favor with one of the dragons from Aztlan. |
Puff the magic dragon lived by the sea | There are rumors of a lair of the dragon, but in fact Kur maintains a number of shelters in various forms. They all have one thing in common - they are located near the sea. +2 dice for moving into a hideout near the sea in North America. |
And frolicked in the autumn mist in a land called Honah Lee | Puff can get you not only drugs but also the complete pallet of warfare agents from Aztlan. +2 dice for the acquisition of toxins, drugs, BTLs of any kind. |
Little Jackie Paper loved that rascal Puff | Puff maintains close ties with Aztlan, Aztechnology, and the David Cartel. +2 dice to network checks related to Aztlan, Aztechnology or the David Cartel. |
And brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff | For every 1000 Nuyen you pay the dragon extra, your loyalty for the next check increases by 1. Maximum remains 6. |
Together they would travel on a boat with billowed sail | The dragon has access to the worldwide smuggler network and is able to bring runners to places where they should not be. +2 dice for network checks to bring Runners to another place without an annoying control of the authorities. |

Painted wings and giant's rings make way for other toys | The David Cartel is a huge player in the drug business but they are also not averse to smuggling illegal or restricted goods. +2 dice for acquiring Restricted or Forbidden goods of any kind. |
