Summary

Team is setup to help find the missing Linda Denman, a Mathmatics teacher for the less fortunate of the ork underground.

Background

Linda Denman is a lovely friendly lady who just wants to help out trogs and she has been kidnapped.

The Meet

The team gathers at a shop in puylup, granny tusks knitting store. She offers the team tea at her troll sized table and got right to the topic at hand. Went missing this morning, apparently kidnapped from her house. The team setout immediately to her place. While en rout IRA3 started a matrix search looking for local politics that might show a reason for her abduction. Not much info was found from the search so the team continued to walk to Linda's house.

The Run

Once in the underground they were blocked by a group of gangers demanding the elves leave. Bumble was uninterested in delays rescuing his friend and approached the gang. Once near them, he detonated a pain grenade full of venom and paralyzed the entire group. The team made sure they didn't suffocate on their own vomit and continued to her house.

At Linda's house the team looked around, and found the place tossed with broken windows and signs of the struggle. IRA3 found some security cameras and a local host for the complex. Hacking the host IRA3 recovered the security footage and the team reviewed it. The footage shows a relatively unknown gang, the "Innominatium", seem to be responsible for the attack. ThunderRaven had heard a bit about that and heard rumor that they hang out in the crappier areas of tacoma. Bumble asked Jane Dior if she had heard anything and she was able to narrow the search. The team set out post haste and located a warehouse with some suspicious matrix icons running silently.

Thunder and Bumble scouted the warehouse a bit and located a crew of gangers and a sack that might contain Linda. A plan began to form and the team prepared for the rescue. Thunder and Bumble moved to the side entrance while Lady A tried to negotiate for Linda's release and IRA3 provided matrix support. The negotiations quickly broke down and a fight ensued. The team engaged the gangers and emerged completely unscathed. Linda was found in the bag, unconscious. The team grabbed her and returned to Granny Tusk.

Aftermath

Granny Tusk provided a cred stick to each member of the team. Bumble refused the stick and waited around for a discussion with Linda. The gang was out to send a message to the community, racist against all trogs.

ThunderRaven

This was.. nice and simple. Well, for us. Not for anyone else involved. Never learned why they decided to kidnap a teacher, but that's not for me to find out. From what I understood they'd not be walking free.. those of them that survived that is.

Bumble- "I actually graduated finally! Happy day. What an afterparty too, got to slam in the faces of some meta racists, pay back is a bitch!"

IRA3

It felt good to help someone with my matrix skills instead of just busting the corps. If people helped each other more, then maybe there'd be a chance to stop the corps from ruining the mana-sphere.

Lady Argentum

Always good to do some good deeds! I never received a proper education, so I feel rather happy having rescued a schoolteacher. I wish we could have done so without drawing my blade, but... this city responds best to violence, doesn't it? Ah, well. They kidnapped a teacher, and I gave them a chance. I don't feel that bad.
