Overview
Dakota is a liaison from the SSC Rangers to any… questionable assets. The Rangers don’t like outsiders but understand the value they can bring. She usually spends her days with her booted feet kicked up on her desk in her office on Council Island playing games.
As a fox shifter, she grew up in the wilds and moved into the city when she was very young. The Rangers snatched her up due to her natural magical ability. They gave her rights and a National SIN. She worked out in the wilderness for a few years before being transferred to Blackstone Prison as part of a personnel exchange with the Sioux Nation. She spent 4 years at that place, tracking down awakened criminals and threats.
Four years was all she could stand before requesting a transfer. She was asked to go back out in the wilderness again, but wanted to take it easy for a few years. They stuck her behind a desk. They also gave her the annoying job of dealing with Shadowrunners, Corpo goons, and Mercs. She doesn’t take any shit, so be professional when you deal with her.
She still does fieldwork but it’s all at her request. She cannot call in any other personnel backup for Runners due to her current posting.
She is a Magic 6 Aware who carries an assault rifle and wears FBA and a custom Voidblack cloak. She drives a big truck around.
