David Squire is a KE Captain who understood early on in his career that nobody is better at catching rats than other, bigger rats, with better intel. For the last fifteen years he's both given and received information to runners on anything from where the Red Hot Nukes go to re-up, to where Paolo "Popeye" Giustiniani was laying low after he killed four Finnigan higher-ups in '72.
