Karl Franz Forbett is a Lieutenant General in the Bundeswehr and is primarily responsible for the coordination and deployment of rapid reaction forces within the AGS. He is a veteran of MET2000 in which he served as an officer for many years in the First Division until he began his career path in the Bundeswehr. Currently, he is stationed in the Karlsruhe Special Rights Zone at Mackensen Kaserne in the Oststadt district of Karlsruhe. The General has always used the services of Shadowrunners to resolve sensitive issues for the troops but also to advance his career path. There is a rumor in the German media that he is a close ally of S-K (which, frankly, is not a rumor). His wife is a high official in the Ministry of Defense. For Runner, he is an invaluable asset, especially in terms of his good network within the AGS. He loves to enjoy cigars in his gazebo in the Karlsruhe Strebergartensiedlung and also likes to invite runners if he trusts them enough.
