Overview
Halvor Ingvarsson is a prominent Swedish thaumaturgist whose main fields of research are rune crafting and metaplanar travel. He's famous in the academic community for his breakthroughs in making foci with Futhark runes, and for writing several papers on his travels through the Nine Realms. He's also a prominent member of the Sons of Odin policlub, a Scandinavian anti-corporate nationalist club lobbying against the growing influence of foreign corporations in the Scandinavian Union. He is currently wanted for questioning in the Scandinavian Union in connection with a terrorist attack on a Shiawase-owned hydroelectric power station in Norway - police reports indicate that several of the assailants were carrying weapon foci. Because of these vicious rumors, Ingvarsson is currently hiding out in Puyallup, Seattle.
