Overview

A Wuxing Inc. employee from birth, he is originally from Hong Kong but has relocated to Seattle to work as a liaison to the Corp's Shadowrun side-jobs. He is devoutly loyal to the Corporation first, but also seeks to increase his own worth and ranking within the Corporation. He views his way of doing this as expanding his network of contacts and affiliates as wide as possible and collecting as much information as he can in order to leverage those contacts to further his position.

Meets

Highrise will have runners meet him at a restaurant of his choice, the food there will always be good if not necessarily to the taste of the runners, if so he will always provide a meal which will be a selection of his opinion of the best dishes on the menu. This will arrive once the meeting is concluded whether successful or not. He tends to favour places with decor that provides a positive vibe.

Perhaps the only exception to the rule is if the run must be completed within a couple of hours, in which case the meet may take place at a street food vendor, that is also good.

This can be given out in the form of a chip for favours granted, as part of a run reward, or used as an active service at a price of (GM Discretion) Nuyen per trip. Note this only covers a single trip, a return journey would double the cost.
Medical Services	Wuxing has access to some of the best medical services around, Highrise can levy these services at a moments notice. For a small cost (or favour) Highrise can get you or someone you know into a kitted out medical facility that will care for them. They wont even ask you how that unexploded rocket managed to lodge itself into your eyesocket (though they may attempt to find out via other methods.)
Wuxing Meta-HR	He works for Wuxing and has spent his life with the Corp, he has intricate and detailed knowledge of how the Corporation works. +2 When task involves WuXing.
People Person	Highrise does not know many things, but he knows many people that know many things, he is very good at sourcing information using his own contacts in the Shadows and legitimate means. +2 on Networking Tests
Foodie	He has eaten at a few of the best (note: not always the fanciest) restaurants in Hong Kong and Seattle, and wants to eat at them all, his knowledge of food is wide ranging.
