Overview

Rachel is a member of the Ares Firewatch however she has transitioned from active duty firearms to management. While she still lets the guns do the talking on the range and sometimes on hunting trips, she has mostly moved on to letting others do the actual fighting. As a link between the higher management of Ares and the fighting units of the Firewatch, she performs invaluable services for the megacorporation. Her primary goal is to eradicate the bug threat within Ares, and her life has been in danger countless times because of it. Therefore, she appears at a meeting heavily armed and in full body armor rather than in business wear. Since she still holds the record for the most kills with heavy weapons, she also gives lessons to selected students in the proper use of weapons. She has a diplomatic nature, detests sycophants and pays respect to veterans of all kinds. However, if you betray her or Ares, you'd better have a good story ready, because she might just put a bullet in you or send one of her teams after you.

I have work to do	Rachel is a very busy woman. Getting her on the phone can be an exhausting effort. If loyalty is less than 5, roll a 1d6 to determine when the phone call will be returned - on a 1 or 2, 12 hours, 3 or 4, 3 hours, 5 or 6, fifteen minutes. Rachel always picks up immediately for those of loyalty 5 or more.

Bugs everywhere	Rachel is paranoid that she is being attacked by bug spirits and with good reason. Countless attacks on her life and attempts to take her over prove her right and feed this paranoia. That's why she has an elaborate file on all her contacts to detect any deviation in their behavior. Whoever chooses her as a contact automatically receives the negative quality "Records on File (Ares)" and cannot remove it as long as he holds this contact.

Ares friends	When a valued member of the company makes it clear to her that something is especially important to him, Rachel is ready to pull out all the stops and use all the capacities of Ares that are available to her. This aspect requires a loyalty of at least 4 and an Ares SIN. Treat Rachel Conaction Rating in this case as 2 higher than it is. The downside of all this zeal is that the rest of the company gets wind of it as well which can have unintended consequences.

Heavy trooper	Rachel still shares her preference for good armor and heavy weapons. She can serve as a sensei for heavy weapons and gives +2 Dice on gear checks for heavy armor (13 armor or above) and heavy weapons.
Bug Spirit Enemy	Rachel has an extensive knowledge of Bug Spirits, their behavior, their origins, and has access to Ares' knowledge of the Bug threat. +2 dice to all checks related to Bug Spirits.
Ares one big family	Rachel is well networked within the corporation and its subsidiaries. +2 dice for network checks in for Ares and its subsidiaries.
Seattle insider	Rachel is amazingly well-connected in Seattle. She knows a wide range of people from all levels of society. +2 dice for networking checks for contacts within Seattle.
Spec Ops	Rachel knows many people in her old business and beyond. She treats combat veterans respectfully regardless of what they are doing - as long as they are not working against her or Ares. +2 to networking checks involving Mercenary Groups, Spec-Ops Forces, and Shadowrunners.
Party Lioness	For some this is a surprise but Rachel gets an incredible amount of invitations to restaurants, parties, events and balls of all kinds. She turns down a large part of these invitations, but those who know her well have seen her dancing a few times. +2 dice for networking checks to sneak a SIN or fake SIN onto a guest list in Seattle.
