Background
A son of refugees in the Federal Republic of Hellas, who fled the Alliance for Allah's invasion and following occupation of 2036, His family fled to Lemnos. Markos was born on the passing of the Erebus storm from the Adriatic to the Aegean, and he awoke as the storm passed from the Aegean to the Adriatic. He was of course to be an Olympian and venerated Heracles as none of the others bore a club like he naturally did. He did receive a basic education where he learned of the history of the Republic and its mythologised figures. He however did grow up in poverty until his powers started to manifest.
He moved at near the limit of unenhanced metahuman speed and took to becoming a footballer, not for the love of the game or any such joy but to get pulled into the profits that the illegal betting rings would make on him. Once his aptitude developed to the peak of his abilities he participate in illegal duels and pit fights in the petrified forest and did so for years, fighting against minotaurs, gorgons, and whatever they could drum up against him.
Under the advice of his silat instructor an adept that handled clubs like a true expert was too big for illegal fights and football, and if he truly wanted to hit the big time he should go to Seattle and make a life for himself and his parents with the money gained over there and without a second thought, he left his parents his latest prize money and left.
