Overview
"Dirty" Hikari Sera is a joygirl and operator of several pop-up restaurants across Loveland, the most famous of which being her "Dirty Seattle Noodles", a particularly delicious dish with hand-spun noodles with spices worked into the dough, giving it an almost gritty appearance. While she works as a joygirl during the night, she can reliably be found around Loveland for a pleasant chat, a warm meal, and the latest gossip around town.
