Overview

Dottie is a reclusive dealer and scrapper, mainly focused on vehicles. She keeps her own workshop on the outskirts of the Carbonado area, making bulletproof armor and electric engine housings from discarded parts and scrapmetal. Dottie is an old school punk in spirit, like her adoptive family, but she has a less serious and more jovial demeanor. She is happy to video call and trade gossip in between work, though her general agoraphobia (from a lifetime of anti-emerged sentiment and literal global bounties) keeps her very much a homebody. Dottie is loyal to her neighborhood and all it's inhabitants, and often deals with local gangers and smugglers.

At Arm's Length	Dottie is reclusive to a fault, she will happily video call at all hours of the day, but never meet up directly. Only those with a Loyalty 5+ can physically visit her. Technomancers are an exception and can do so with Loyalty 4+. Gear is delivered via dead drop or subtle drone (if discrete delivery is available).
Overworked	Every time the contact provides a service, roll 2D6. The normal amount of time that it would take to provide the service is multiplied by the resulting number.
Hardcore	In terms of Runner clientele, Dottie is fairly selective. She despises the wealthy and aristocratic, and is loathe to work with anyone so bland and spineless. The cost to upgrade this contact's loyalty is doubled unless the character has either visible cyberware or the Distinctive Style quality. Loyalty costs are also doubled for any character with a Corporate or Corporate Limited SIN.
Fading Fast	Dottie is a technomancer, and a nova hot rigger too! She gains +2 on tests relating to vehicles.
Skidmarks on my Heart	Dottie often deals with smugglers from the area looking for a tune up or a cheap ride. Dottie gains +2 on tests relating to Groundcraft.
How Much More	A rigger is only as good as their gear, and Dottie believes firmly in the age old doctrine: bigger is better. She gains a +2 on tests relating to vehicles with 12 or more Body.
Girl of 100 lists	Munging through data and obscure low level connections is how Dottie makes her money. She gains a +2 on tests relating to items of availability 16 or higher.
Can't Stop the World	In the smuggling and the scrapping business, the biggest sellers are always whatever the local gov doesn't want it's people having. Dottie gets a +2 on tests relating to items of Restricted or Forbidden availability.
The New Wave	With recent business success, Dottie is expanding her repetoire to more solidly cover the smaller toys in the discerning runner's arsenal. She gains a +2 on tests relating to drones.
Automatic Rainy Day	More lead downrange means less coming back! Simple equation, really. Dottie gets a +2 on tests relating to weaponry mounted on a drone or vehicle.
This Old Feeling	Soaring high is a cheap thrill to the new, and a deadly advantage to the experienced. Dottie gets a +2 on tests relating to Aircraft.
