Overview
Francesco Angelo Costello is an intriguing man. A mysterious member of the Archaic Society, an organization aleady shrouded in mystery. Nobody knows how old he is, only that he looks like a human male in his mid thirties, but interacting with him and his usual request for blood bags or metahuman flesh makes it obvious he's an infected human, more specifically a vampire. He has a shrewd personality, with a dry and detatched demeanor with a mind built for business. He's always looking for runners to do wetwork for him, his works either involve watching over deals, or "liquidating assests" in very few ocassions. Frank particularly enjoys business minded runners and those who he considers "good workers" mostly meaning runners willing to accpt his jobs without much hesistation.
