Overview

Jazz is one of the few elves to have been born to the Finnigan family, and he spent decades working as a cleaner for the mob. After coating himself in blood for so long Jazz no longer has much interest in mercy or keeping things clean, so the Finnigans do not call upon him anymore unless they have a very good reason. As well as a strong stomach to face the results. Preferring to keep this relic of the past happy, the Finnigan family set him up in a smoky little lounge where the elf can indulge in his novacoke habit and perform to his hearts desire. In the off hours he works on keeping his tools of the trade in fine condition. People in the know who can stomach Jazz's behavior and who don't mind sometimes eccentric choices in cosmetic customizations to their armor and weapons can find some of the best fit armored suits and smoothest triggers in Seattle.

He spends most of his time in his bar, the Ace of Spades. Living with him is his elderly ork wife and a few of his grandchildren that help with the bartending and waitressing.

Personality is quite charming, but the smile never reaches his eyes unless he is interacting with his family. If you happen to interact with him when the bar is closed, you better have a good reason because he likes his personal time and will quickly become irritated if he feels like the runners are wasting his time with his wife.

Big Bada Boom	No kill like overkill. Jazz when confronted with a safety bunker setup just blows through it with rockets. He knows who to call for heavy weapons.
Grade A Bang Bang	Being a part of the Finnigans has its ups, Jazz knows people with mil-spec gear fabricators. And if it can't be fabricated, well he knows who to smuggle it in from.
The Candy Man	Due to being perpetually high and thus knowing who the dealers are, Jazz has the hookup for any type of drugs you can think of.
Ace of Spades	Jazz loves card themed clothing, and thus has ensured he is on the short list for any Shiawase gear. Especially the Aces line.
Sharp Dressed Man	Why do anything if you can't do it stylishly? Jazz keeps in touch with people who make high fashion armor so his crew can be as stylish as possible.
Get Tactical Soldatos	When drek really hits the fan, Jazz is one of the caporegimes the Finnigans go to for extremely violent solutions. He has quite a few suits of tactical armor tailored for use by his family, and knows where to get more if asked.
Match Grade	When you are out for a hit, you want only the best. And that includes ammo. Jazz keeps a couple of handloaders on speed dial in case he needs a particularly hot load.
