Overview
Nikki Nielsen is a service rep for the AA-rated corp Pacific Cybernetics Incorporated. She began the job as a naïve, enthusiastic intern, but a few years of office politics and customer service have produced a disgruntled, maladjusted service rep who has only made it this far through sheer spite and an uncanny ability to hide her actual emotions under a facade. A relentless gossip, Nikki is a good person to go to if you want the scoop on anything involving tech companies in Seattle, especially if PCI is involved.
Personality
Nikki uses her cheerful retail worker persona to hide a grumpy interior. It's kind of a given that she'll open the conversation with her smiling customer service spiel, and slowly transition to a more normal (and irritable) demeanor as time goes on.
