Overview

Names Pete Lancaster, a North American Texan man with a gruff cowboy accent, can be a grumpy old fragg sometimes, and takes no dreks from anyone who wronged him. The guy's smart, quick, and has the decency to 'respect thy neighbor' kind of attitude- as long as you treat him the same respect. His clothing attire is obvious: wears a cowboy black hat, a shiny silver belt buckle with the big fancy "R" on it (in English), meaning 'redemption.' Wears a brown trench coat, white shirt under a red waist vest decorated in fleur-de-lis shapes in black outlines on the front, and black slacks wearing black boots; steel tipped on his toes are human skulls. Pete Lancaster has stuck around Seattle for five years now, has made business deals with the Crowley Boys in the past, an entrepreneur, and rodeo cowboy. Don't be easily fooled by his looks just because he's an old boy. He may be old, but his agility and reflexes are staggering.

His personal life story goes: "None of your damn business, so unless you're here for chit-chat and swap stories like that again. I suggest you walk out- through the window. Before I put a bullet in your skull." Pete Lancaster was a shadowrunner himself and used to run jobs in Seattle. Eventually he wanted to retire. Whatever it is he decided to unretire is unknown, but few of the locals in The Barrens shared stories his wife was killed by an assassin after he somehow got caught in the middle of a mexican-standoff between the cartels and corporate agents.

I Don't Work for Free, This is All on You. I'm No One's Errand Boy.	Pete is short tempered and hates amateurs who can't get the job done (because Pete has worked with Shadowrunners in the past. He has trust issues of who he puts trusts with, and has a hard time of letting them off the hook for a missed opportunity of screwing up their last job). He's got a reputation to protect his business and his street cred if the law finds out. He won't give up information on you unless his reputation is on the line. If the job goes down south & turns into a complete failure, you'll receive +1 notoriety and lose -1 loyalty of your contact. You can pay a finder's fee to compensate his losses and avoid notoriety (up to GM's discretion). If your loyalty drops to zero, Pete will consider you a liability and put out a contract on you (Wanted Negative Quality).
Black Market Gear	Pete can source gear from the black market if you need to purchase quality items (up to avail 18), has a good mutual respect with The Crowley Boys & Crimson Crush they supply with Pete.
Automatics and Long Arm Firearms Dealer (Aries & Krime brand)	If you prefer automatic, or smei-automatic rifles. Pete will have no trouble of selling you his weapons for a price (up to avail 18).
Forbidden Items & Metatype Service Smuggler	A guy goes by the name Rusty, he can help you smuggle banned items or metatypes on oceanic lands by boat (especially for Awakened people who can't access to any public transportation across the country due to very strict laws and regulations). +2 dice pool for Networks.
You Scratch My Back, I Scratch Yours	'Respect Thy Neighbor' as he is, Pete Lancaster wouldn't care less of who you are or where you from. Crowley member or not, he's seen a lot of metatypes (especially with changelings) who worked for him. As long as you don't rub him in the wrong way, or try to bait him to get him into a political debate. Pete will act you 'surely' for the rest of the game session.
Temporary Safe House Service (Only Available in Seattle, Barrens)	Thanks to The Crowley Boys, Pete will provide you a temporary safe house location where its obscure & hard to find in case you need a place to lie low. He'll only do it for a handout because he's put in a lot of trust and investment on you. Can only use it once per shadowrunner job (if you previously completed a job for him). You'll have a low lifestyle & 1 month for free, after that you can either delete it or keep it.
Ammunition & Grenades Dealer (mini-grenades included)	Pete will receive shipments full of munitions and grenades for sale you can purchase from him.
Service Blackmailer	Pete will hire someone who knows a guy, and can get info on someone about their background and affiliates. He won't tell who he works with, but he's an honest-to-god business man whose been doing this for 20+ years, and never been caught. He keeps a low profile, he's careful like that.
