Overview

Ramona, formerly a member of the Halloweeners of Seattle, known then as Flare, is now the head (and only) chef in her fiance's diner called Le Repas Ardent, in Montreal. It was her decision to head here, to where she grew up before her parents decided Seattle would be a better place to live back before Crash 2.0 (they didn't do too good though), when the couple eloped. She knows the city fairly well, and has a few childhood friends scattered about the place. Having grown up here, she's bilingual, speaking French as easily as English.
