Overview

Walking into Rod's "store" in the Crime Mall is always an adventure, eschewing anything remotely like organisation he has his wares all jumbled together in all sorts of different containers. Somehow he knows where everything is though and has a sixth sense with regards to shoplifters

Rod himself is a smallish, skinny man who exudes the essence of every sleazy used cars salesman ever. Despite how obvious that quality of his seems after the fact, he somehow manages to transcend it in person, coming off as charming if a bit smarmy.
