Overview

A member of the local Lodge of Nostradamus in Seattle's city sprawl, Silas Vespasiano is a socialite that agrees to keep an eye out for all sorts of trouble. He funds a few projects, rubs shoulders with the right folk and occasionally takes a shadowrunner or three under management to make sure he's got extralegal work force on call if he needs any. If shadowrunners are good for the AAA corporations, they're good enough for him. Just mind that he's thinking about the big picture. Small scale crime is not his issue and he's likely to let you go wild, but don't disrupt the status quo. That's what he's here to keep intact.
