Summary

Andrew Wu, or simply Spring, is relatively forgettable for a man. His clean-shaven Asian features, smooth head and the placid smile rarely vanishing from his face make him quick friends with many. He tends towards loose, baggy clothes designed for comfort in earthen colors.

Background

First-generation immigrants fleeing Yomi Island in 2062, Spring's parents - as well as little Andy - lost their shiny new national UCAS SINs barely two years later when the Matrix Crash 2.0 wiped many people's livelihoods in 2064. They didn't let that colour their positive outlook on life, however. Seattle treated them well for their short stay, so they managed to scrape by for good fake papers and continues living quietly in accordance to their values. Spring was brought up the same way. He's not able to do much more than survive with the odd jobs he scraped together. The only way for him to keep his parents safe and sound is running to raise enough money. Arguably, he's a skilled magician able to help a team out with healing, illusions, levitation and a handy spirit. Curious about the world and people's perspectives, outgoing and friendly, he's a protector at heart, which made him friends in his neighbourhood, but also enemies among some of the Auburn Troll Killers and their pro-Humanis relatives. He doesn't let it introduce doubt to his philosophy. For Spring, even the shadows can see a ray of light if one only tries.
