Overview
An Irishman originally operating as an AB in the North Sea on a number of scientific vessels, Surf Duct eventually saved up enough money from talismongering and salvage theft to buy his own vessel. He has since moved on to warmer, more enjoyable climates and does his rounds in the Pacific, typically traveling between Oceania and the Pacific Northwest. He has recently returned from an extended survey/surfing trip on Pohnpei and is not particularly enthusiastic about the surf conditions in Seattle.

| Out to Sea | SD is often busy executing survey or salvage contracts and is rarely moored up for long. You'll need to wait for him to get back in. Every time the contact provides a service, roll 2d6. The normal amount of time that it would take to provide the service is multiplied by the resulting number. |
| Sonar Seer | Highly experienced with acoustic surveys and equipped with the most cutting edge processing equipment, SD is able to locate items in the water, closely examine audio files, or even help produce forged files. |
| Sea Witch | A priest of Gardnerian Wicca, SD still knows enough people back home to get any foci or lodge materials flown in to wherever he is. |
| International Water Rules | If you're buying something from him, he probably found it at the bottom of a body of water. Salt water isn't the best for guns or electronics, of course, but SD is well stocked with magical reagents and a large variety of bizarre items. He's also rarely subject to inspection and can help smuggle these sorts of things from port to port. |
