Overview
While the Rings need to operate lean and prefer to stick to matrix operations, Sometimes modern problems call for the prehistoric solution of viciously murdering a specific individual. Especially since most bounty 'boards' are digitally operated, the Choson Ring takes a particular interest in them. Yoon handles this aspect of Choson operations within Seattle, and to that end often works with runners to get certain dirty jobs done.
