Eithne Cyneras is an up and coming name in the Tir talismonger scene. Specializing in less than legal items, she has made a name for herself by finding the hidden, strange, and rare. While her shop is still relatively new, her dedication to procuring what her clients desire has slowly built a reliable buyer base.
