Marrisa is a frontline combat adept and off face, capable of talking her way around fights but by no means being adverse to them.

Background

Marrisa Velin was born in Rouen, France, and lived a decent life there. When she turned 17, she started becoming incredibly ill, and none of the corporate doctors could find a reason for it. However, as her symptoms worsened, eventually others started falling ill as well, and the source was eventually discovered in a brutal manner. The discovery of a toxic cult and the subsequent attack from them devastated the city, killing thousands, causing a massive amount of corporate withdrawal from the area and killing both of Marrisa's parents. Marrisa was assumed to be killed in the attack as well. Then, several years later, an Aztechology building in Rouen was attacked, with the event said to be led by a "Purple haired woman with a sword." In the aftermath, it was discovered that the management of the building allegedly had a connection to a coverup of activities that led to the disastrous event years ago. Since then, Marrisa has been a highly active ecoterrorist and shadowrunner, going after both toxic shamans and any corporations she suspects to have a connection to them. Her activities have earned her a significant bounty from the corporate court, and so she recently move to Seattle to get a little further away from Interpol.

International Terrorist -(Distinctive Style, Wanted, Records on file) Marrisa's violent aggression towards the corps has earned her a large amount of ire from them, and so she has significant difficulty interacting with anyone who works in the government or corporations without having security called on her.
