Overview
Once a member of the UCAS Navy, a bad BTL trip lead to KAPTAIN KILLDOZER being dishonorably discharged and starting a pirate-themed thrill gang. Never seen without a tricorn hat and an ostentatious captain's coat, KAPTAIN KILLDOZER terrorizes the streets and waterways of Seattle with his fleet of amphibious craft.
