Goals

Arete as an entity is the Greek goddess of virtue and knowledge. Arete as a concept is a word which means "excellence," "fulfillment," or "virtue", especially a person or thing's "full realization of potential or inherent function". Arete in early Greek moral thought is something striven for throughout one's life. A person of arete is of the highest effectiveness; such a person uses all of their faculties — strength, bravery, and wit — to achieve real results.
