A pyromaniac decker who's more than happy to light the world on fire to warm her own heart.
Demolitions dork, matrix maestress, fire fanatic.
Summary
A Halloweener decker. Really, that's all you need to know, she does what it says on the tin.
Goals

Background
Keira and Fia - street names Spitfire and Firewill - were born to a normal family in the PCC section of the Denver Free Economic Zone. The Lester family, like most SINners, had a mother and father who worked far too much to make far too little money. The Denver sprawl is one where food and water are in dangerously short supply, so their engineer father and mother worked long hours to ensure they could pay the markups the smugglers asked for.
More often than not they ended up in the care of their slightly crazy uncle, who was a part time runner and who used to love experimenting with vehicles. Thus teaching the twin the basics of mechanics and how to pilot like a pro. (Mostly how to go full throttle and not kill themselves).
The parents were tolerant enough of those activities and funded a part of it (with Eddie bringing the other necessary funds and his expertise), one day though for a competition, both of the twins went to Ed’ to get a little edge over the other pilots. Eager to help he offered to test a new batch of his Nitroglyceri-Methanol, the test run proved that the mix was too volatile as both dirt bikes went into pieces, severely wounding the two and requiring heavy intervention. Both lost their right arm and received a lot of burn wounds.
The twins weren’t that traumatized if anything it gave them the spark of thrill seeking, their parents however were livid and Eddie had to leave for Seattle to avoid legal repercussions…
Following in their parents’ footsteps, the twins went on to attend the University of Denver. Both had some success in school - Fia studying electrical engineering, Keira studying mechanical engineering. But a couple of years into their degrees, they got involved in one of the school’s policlubs, where they met a law student named Jerry Sinclair (Jerry Can). Fia was particularly taken in by his views on the criminal world and the corporations - finding an excuse for setting fires that let her feel morally right was a joy to the pyromanic twin. Meanwhile Keira was all too happy to tag along, she loved fire too and she was growing increasingly bored with engineering safety restrictions and the overall lack of fun of many of her classmates.
Jerry and Fia both became increasingly enraptured with a thrill gang in the Seattle metroplex - the Halloweeners. With the twins’ uncle already in the Seattle sprawl and associated with the gang, they schemed together to get out of the country - and into someplace where they knew they’d find like minds and action.
The plan was simple - steal equipment from the family’s home, take enough money to get smuggled out of the sprawl, and sneak off to Seattle along a prepared route. But unbeknownst to her sister and Jerry, Fia planned an extra distraction for their plot: setting fire to the family garage, where her father had a couple of cars stashed for restoration as a side business. Keira, more a gearhead than her sister, pinched one of the antiques on the way out rather than let it burn. And as they fled, the burning garage collapsed on aging, valuable vehicles - putting the family in a world of financial hurt, on top of their bruised pride.
After their arrival in Seattle the twins found their uncle and quickly rekindled the spark of the good ol’ days. Thanks to his connections and Jerry Can's use of legal knowledge, the twins quickly got the chance to go through the Circle of Fire and be integrated into the most fiery gang of Seattle.

All kinds of fires. Fires in her friends' houses, fires in her enemies' houses, fires in random public places, and especially fires anywhere Renraku does business.
