Overview
The granddaughter of a former Tír Prince who according to her "learned the secret of true luck", or so she says, Lucia was born and raised in Las Vegas and made a reputation for herself by entering and winning many tournaments and games of chance, including at one point, being asked to leave a casino because she had cleaned out most of the high rollers in the place. Expanding her horizons, Lucia headed to UCAS to test her luck against the best gamblers they could offer. This wasn't a problem until one of the people who came to her weekly poker game was a dragon who didn't take losing well.
