Overview

Crazy Eight is an up and coming man born into wealthy and well connected parents. Though as of late he has been attempting to make a name for himself amongst the shadows, though he was smart enough to accept their help and use their fortune to his benefit. Though it has been more difficult for him among the triads due to cyber and bioware implanted in his body when he was a child so he could survive. Though he simply sees this as another card on the tabel he simnply needs to take into account when placing his bets.

Casino Owner	Crazy Eight is owner to the Crazy Eights Casino in the Downtown area of Seattle near the border of Tacoma. This can be used as a meet area for runs, a place to make more Nuyen, a place to simply relax, and if he likes you enough, a VIP pass to wherever you want in said casino.
Curious little thing	If tasked to obtain something secretive (potentially even classified) he gains a +2 to the Dicepool to figure out what it is, the excitement of the unknown addicting to him.
In the Shadows	+2 to the Dicepool involving any knowledge pertaining to Shadowrunners or contacting them.
They frequent here often	+2 Dicepool to obtain information on wealthy individuals.
Triad Networking	+2 Dicepool to any checks regarding knowledge about the Triads or to contact people that work within them.
Wanna make a bet?	Whenever contacted for any requests, the player contacting Crazy Eight can choose to "place a bet." Where upon the GM and player play a very brief game of the GMs choice (use edge if expediency is required.) If the player wins said game, they gain an additional +2 to the dicepool for whatever request they made. However, should the player lose they instead gain a -2 penalty to the dicepool.
