Overview
The young western dragon Kur has been working for the David Cartel for quite some time and is responsible for the North America region. He has green-silver scales and is quite large for his age. He makes a secret of his origin, but his physique, scale color and appearance take the dragons Kaltenstein or Celedyr in the short list. His lair is believed to be somewhere in the Salish-Shidhe Council region. The dragon got his nickname Puff because he is supposedly addicted to Deep Weed. Kur is exceptionally gifted with magic for a young dragon and also uses his magic to appear in the metahuman guise of a Fomori. He does everything he can to increase his wealth and, in typical David Cartel fashion, is not very squeamish about his competition. Typical of a young dragon, he has quite a temper, which comes out especially when you contradict him. But if you are clever with words, you can sell your idea as if it was the worm's idea.
