|Description=Mack and Hack aren't the brightest of the bunch, and working together rarely means they'll be any smarter.  In fact, they tend to urge each other towards more and more dangerous, stupid behavior - which, while fun to watch, isn't always productive.  If the pair is ever called upon to work together at the same time, make a test of loyalty.  If you fail, the pair have gotten distracted from whatever task you put them up to.  The exacts are up to GM interpretation, but the consequences should always be at least inconvenient for the runners that tapped them.  Bonus points if the duo is later encountered doing dumb shit and egging each other on.

Overview

Macahuitl and Hack Skellington aren't the biggest names in the Halloweeners. They don't know Nightmare, they don't lead any raids - they're the sort of ground-pounders the Halloweeners are primarily made up of, and they're not particularly ambitious about moving up in the world. These two are satisfied with a life of violence, indulgence, and bromance, and that's that. Between Mack's overwhelming brawn and plasteel macahuitl, and Hack's Matrix skills, the two almost make one entirely functional badass for the gang.

Traits

Hack.jpg

Mack is a troll of Aztlaner descent that's pushing a full nine and a half feet tall. He's known for wearing an Aztec-ish headdress and similarly colored armor jacket whenever possible, as well as the huge macahuitl that serves as the origin for his street name. He might not be very bright, but he's definitely buff enough to make up for it, usually.

Hack is a worryingly thin, remarkably short, and interminably greasy elf. He's never without three things: His deck, a Hermes Chariot he lovingly refers to as 'Daredevil', full skull facepaint, and at least five doses of Novacoke. He speaks in a squeaky, high tone whenever someone intimidates him, which most people do, especially if his best bud isn't around to scare them off.

Aspects Description

Aspect Description
Those Two Idiots Mack and Hack aren't the brightest of the bunch, and working together rarely means they'll be any smarter.
With The Power Of Friendship Mack and Hack, while liable to get distracted when near one another, invariably do their best work when they've got their better half their to help them out. Whenever both of them are asked to help with something rather than just one or the other, they get a +2 on all active checks.
... And This Gun I Found Nobody knows where Mack gets ahold of his weapons, but in a show of either dumb luck or being crazy prepared, Mack always seems to have just the beatstick for the job. He doesn't share, but he gets a +2 to active skill checks whenever there's some high stakes drek going on, as he pulls out an unexpected trump card.
King Of The Pumpkin Patch Hack Skellington is especially annoyed at Pump King Jack for stealing his aesthetics - The Nightmare Before Christmas is HIS thing, dammit! It's gotten to the point where he jumps at the opportunity to make a show of his dedication to the concept and the vibes of Halloween, purely to prove that he's the real OG instead of Jack. At the GM's discretion, Hack gets a +2 to active skill checks whenever it's for a scenario or end goal that he deems suitably "Halloween-y". For example, being asked to deface a host by covering it in Jack'o'lanterns.
