Overview
A low-ranking member of The Cutters, and an accomplished people stabber, James "Jewels" McHew earned his way into the gang the easiest way he knew how: stabbing a member of the Ancients to death. From there he has stayed relatively low in the organization, used mostly for grunt and protection worse around the Puyallup Barrens.
